~~~~~~~ THOUGHTS:
Before we open our mouths to speak, we should make our words pass through three gates: Is it true, is it kind, and is it necessary? – Author Unknown
~~~~~~~ SPECIAL THOUGHTS:
My four year old daughter had a cold on Halloween and was inconsolable at having to stay indoors. That is, until her ten year old brother took her by the hand and led her upstairs. He then went into each bedroom and closed the door, and she knocked on each for a treat. She was all smiles when she came downstairs with a bag of candy. - Michele Klimek

~~~~~~~ KEEP SMILING:
A customer came into the deli for some polish sausage. "How much would you like?" my co-worker Paul asked. Puzzled over the metric price, the man looked up and replied haltingly, "Um, a kilometre, please."
Paul handed the end of the meat coil to him and said, "Take this outside and I'll tell you when to stop."
~~~~~~~ TRIVIA:
Holiday Inn, when looking for 500 people to fill positions for a new facility, interviewed 5,000 candidates. The hotel managers interviewing these people excluded all candidates who smiled fewer than four times during the interview. This applied to people competing for jobs in all categories. - Bits & Pieces, March 3, 1994
