A court had ordered Dietmar Hehenberger to trim 12ins from the roof of his luxury hotel in Guglwald, reports CKK. "I would rather cut off part of the roof today and live in peace than to risk being forced to demolish more in the future," he said. Mr Hehenberger blames Austrian authorities who he says used imprecise maps when approving his new hotel wing.
