~~~~~~~ THOUGHTS:
People will probably forget how fast you did a job, but they remember how well you did it.
~~~~~~~ SPECIAL THOUGHTS:

The following letter was received at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden from a child in the Bronx:

Dear Brooklyn Botanic Garden,

I took a quarter out of the wishing well. So I feel so bad that I am returning your quarter back to you.

Thank you,
Chris

~~~~~~~ THIS & THAT:
I asked the Lord to tell me
Why my house is such a mess.
He asked if I'd been 'computering',
And I had to answer, "yes."
He told me to get off my fanny
And tidy up the house.
And so I started cleaning up...
The smudges off my mouse.
I wiped and shined the topside.
That really did the trick...
I was just admiring my work...
I didn't mean to 'click.'
But click, I did, and oops I found
A real absorbing site
That I got SO way into...
I was into it all night.<>
Nothing's changed except my mouse
It's very, very shiny.
I guess my house will stay a mess...
While I sit here on my hiney.
~~~~~~~ TRIVIA:

A retired Croatian bishop claims to have a world record after collecting almost 1,000 Bibles in 250 different languages.

Marijan Oblak, 87, has gathered a collection of 929 different editions of the book and claims to have the most varied Bible collection in the world.

Oblak from the southern Croatian town of Zadar said: "I'm grateful to everyone who has given me a Bible. Some of them I got personally from the late Pope John Paul II.

"I have been collecting Bibles for 19 years and I hope that next year I'll get past the 1,000 mark."
